DescriptionThis build is a speed and rudder shift king. Very quick and nimble, at the low tiers especially where players aiming is not as attuned to the higher tiers you can really exacerbate the dodging potential of this ship, you can actively kite away and towards an enemy, fire off the torpedoes at every opportunity, albeit slow you will be surprised what you will hit zoning. You can not only catch but outrun all destroyers even with speed boost at T3. Inspirations, you can chop and change between Charles Madden and Mikawa for increased turret traverse and reload and concealment or with the RN & German cruiser commander for speed. But with Madden and Mikawa your already at 40 knots with the wind behind you. Plus better turret traverse and sneaky sneaky.
