DescriptionThis build improves Cheshire’s staying power dramatically by offering it much more powerful heals, and 4 of them. The low 9.4 km concealment of this build means that if Cheshire stays at medium to long range it can go dark and use one of its large heals whenever it needs to. The build also incorporates some speed (36-37 knots) which will make it easier for Cheshire to break off engagements and go dark to use a heal. Madden base trait brings Cheshire’s reload down a bit to 15.1 seconds. So while this is a full survivability build it does offer some assistance to DPM potential. The build should work well on other British heavy cruisers but functions best on Cheshire due to its already good speed and concealment stats.
