DescriptionOn PC Flandre is one of the best secondary ship on the game, with a gigantic 491k dpm (from Potato quality video on the ship), the base secondary range on PC is 7.6km, this make the Flandre stands out from others french BBs as the only true brawler and secondary ship. However on legends, the ship got nerfed to 5km secondaries, so we just got a worse JB with 10 seconds more reload but 2 guns less at the front... this build is sadly just here for memes as a secondary build is not advisable with this kind of range, combined with a 32mm plating will make it difficult to work, though i'll personaly use it as its the true purpose of this ship.
