DescriptionThis would technically be a combo of a Brawler and a DPM build since the fact that running Arthas the cold has the second line perk giving a set 15% extra damage to both HE and AP shells. Then with the legendary skill running with scissors you get another 15% damage on both shell types within 6km at legendary level 3 and 7.5km at the full legendary 4 level combining the two for a total of now 30% extra damage output for both shell types but wait, that's not all....... Arthas' base trait gives yet ANOTHER 20% damage for all shells when you launch a fighter plane and since the base trait cuts the active plane time down to around 30 seconds, you can still get two full salvo's out during that time and with all 3 combined, the second line commander trait(+15%), being within the legendary skill activation range(+15%), and launching a fighter plane, that's two full salvo's at an astonishing +50% added damage to your shell type chosen at that time. As if that's not insane enough, there's also two MBRB or main battery reload boosters with this premium ship so for 15 seconds, the reload is cut by 50% soooo, if one can effectively imagine combining all four of these situations, you could get the +50% damage while a plane is up and time it with a MBRB to get 3 or possibly 4 full salvo's which is an intense amount of damage when all added up. I mean, who wouldn't want to use Arthas the Cold for this ship!? There's no other ship at this tier with a MBRB and this ship has 2 of them! There's so many shells with 6 twin turrets that grouping and dispersion hardly even matters however the guns are actually surprisingly accurate anyways without buffing grouping or dispersion. I've been easily dev striking cruisers still from even 14km! The running with scissors takes good care of turret traverse and rudder shift speed as well and while the range isn't crazy good, the armour on this ship is so good that as ling as one properly angles, the five heals is plenty to stay alive and kill everyone! This brand new premium is in my opinion one of the best and most fun to come out in a long time along side the other recent Anshan. Have fun, I sure am!
