Mikawa instead of Boyd to keep your overall detection as low as you can. Agility for positioning and defense. You won't have high damage games ever with Worcester so you might as well lean into its ridiculous strengths. Still retains most of its capability as a destroyer hunter while maintaining an absolute kill zone for aircraft.
