DescriptionIn the right hands, a Balti with this build is one of the scariest monsters out there. This build works best in a division, but it can still hold its own while solo. You have access to the standard US Radar (9km, 30sec), Hydro, Twist N' Track (to better help the use of your radar), and Ingenious (lets you see how many people are targeting you), while still having competitive concealment (somewhere in the range of 10.8-ish km) and maneuverability ratings. This is the perfect build for hunting DD's, as long as you have at least one DD to screen for you, and a BB to provide fire support. Please note: THIS IS NOT A DPM BUILD! This build is designed specifically to give you (& your div) as much intel as possible.
