DescriptionContrary to popular belief, Gearing is not a gunboat. While it can perform adequately in that role, doing so nerfs your greatest asset. Your torpedoes! Your stock reload on the main guns is plenty to take out non dedicated gunboats. If you run into a Kleber with reload booster... well you were in trouble even with the full gunboat build. Here we use Gleaves to bring our torp reload down to something that makes shimakaze jealous, and the concealment to match. If you get outspotted, it wont be by much, and they generally wont want to start a gunfight with you. Gleaves's Cloak and dagger skill also helps us with the detection of our torps to give the enemy less time to react.
