DescriptionGives any British battleship or battlecruiser a very high accuracy of +13 shell grouping and -5 dispersion. The piercer skill gives the AP shells +4 to penetration and provides 4 heals. It also grants a +5 to speed. Hood for instance has a 35 knot top speed with this build. Overall the build provides a best of all worlds set up with the exception of being unable to reduce main battery reload time. I would argue however that the great increase in accuracy grants more shell hits and therefore more damage per minute than a decreased reload time build.
British battleship dispersion is already really good, so focusing on improving the shell grouping (sigma) is the way to improve accuracy. For most British battleships this build improves the sigma from 1.8 to a best in game 2.0. The other difficulty British shells sometimes face is the Krupp or penetration value being low. The +4 provided here by this build helps remedy that and makes citadels a little more common. This build should benefit every British battleship and battlecruiser.
