DescriptionThis build plays to Strasbourgs strengths e.g relatively mobile and fast reload plus reload boosters. The obvious benefit of Saint Louis as commander is that her bonjour! Skill gives you an extra reload boost and extends its duration. She also gives you access to fully packed giving you 4 reload boosts in total whilst her base trait reduce reload time on both consumables and main guns. Her other skills also let you buff Strasbourgs relatively weak AA and improve speed and rudder shift. Seriously, 9second rudder shift and 30.9 knots top speed on a battle ship are fantastic, particularly when brawling. Main downside of this build is your turret traverse is relatively slow and you can't build into accuracy too much. However, mid range positioning can mitigate this!
