DescriptionWith this around 4sec gun reload it's just non stop fire setting and with four smokes there's plenty of get out of jail free cards or just find a nice spot and spam HE. Don't forget about this amazing AP however if the situation presents itself, its no joke! One of the most fun DD builds for me to date and even though the torp reload feels a little long, their stealth is very good and its easy to catch unsuspecting cruisers and BB's off guard. I find sending only one torp launcher at a time works well with this build unless its a sure bet, then both for the clutch!
