DescriptionThis build utilizes your already fantastic speed and dispersion and builds into it, while providing a slight buff to your guns. Your role with this build is to create crossfires and expose broadsides amongst the red team's confusion. I suggest equipping the SAP mod, because this build focuses on the element of surprise. Use your guns to take out cruisers and DDs, and let your torps do the heavy lifting against battleships. Alternatively, you could swap Mikawa for Ruchang to get a faster reload.
