DescriptionI use this build as a Stealth Radar Brawler. I close the distance with low concealment, I try not to fire first until spotted. Once spotted, I make use of the Riga's armor and radar to find the enemy spotter, usually destroyers. I got the reload down to 12.5 secs to increase DPM. Fully Packed is the way to go for survivability and faster cooldown. Keep in mind of what to do next, the last thing you want is to expose your sides or put your back against the wall. TL;DR: Stealth brawler, radar good, angle armor good, reload better, additional charges and faster cooldown.
